Re: Voluntary Annexation
The City of Olive Branch has been requested to annex approximately 290 acres off of Methodist Hospital Drive and Bethel Road. The property owners approached the City requesting City services. This is a voluntary annexation at the request of the landowners totaling approximately 290 undeveloped acres that are currently vacant. The Board of Aldermen voted on July 15, 2025 to move forward pursuant to the landowners’ requests and the necessary petition will be filed in Chancery Court. If approved by the Court, the landowners will pay all costs to connect to City utilities. The attached map depicts the land the City has been requested to annex.
