Re: City of Olive Branch Announces New Chief Operating Officer
During the July 1st Board of Aldermen meeting, Mayor Ken Adams announced the promotion of Michael Rikard to the role of Chief Operating Officer.
A graduate of Olive Branch High School and Northwest Junior College, Michael has been an integral part of our leadership team, bringing a wealth of institutional knowledge and commitment to public service. With 20 years of dedicated service to the City, his experience spans a wide range of operational and leadership roles. Over the years, he has served as Water Department Technician, Building Inspector, Facility Maintenance Division Leader, Assistant Building Official, General Services Director & Building Official, and most recently as Streets & General Services Director.
