Re: Craft Road Widening Partnership
DeSoto County Supervisor, Jessie Medlin, and City of Olive Branch Mayor, Ken Adams are working together to widen Craft Road to five lanes between Church Road and College Road. President of the DeSoto County Board of Supervisors, Mark Gardner, as well as the other DeSoto County Supervisors and Olive Branch Board of Aldermen have agreed this project will bring a positive impact and have voted to support it. Widening this area of roadway will help tremendously with traffic flow, especially during school hours.
Mayor Adams, and the Board of Aldermen appreciate the vision and partnership from the DeSoto County Board of Supervisors. We anticipate this project to begin this year from an engineering and bidding standpoint and is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
