Notice to Proceed
A Notice to Proceed is a formal, written authorization issued by the City of Olive Branch to the contractor, signaling the start of the project work as defined in the contract. This web page will be updated periodically to reflect the status of projects and/or addition of new projects.

Civil Approval/Awaiting Permit
Civil Engineering approval means that the Commercial projects listed here have been approved by the City's Engineering and Planning Departments and the Olive Branch Fire Department Inspector. This approval means that the project's plans have been reviewed and have been deemed to comply with the City of Olive Branch's ordinances and guidelines, ensuring safety and legality.
