Olive Branch City Park
The City of Olive Branch has many park amenities to offer the community. The Olive Branch City Park, located at 8267 Goodman Road, is 135 acres in size and offers the following:
- Three lakes (one with a pier)
- Five tennis courts
- 3 ball field complexes
- Eight-lane track
- Two miles of walking trails with exercise stations
- Half mile nature trail
- Scenic overlook
- 2 Picnic pavilions
- Mountain Bike Trail
The mountain bike trail is ideal for beginners or those who just want a quick ride. It travels through open areas and wooded areas of the park.
Park hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. seven days per week.
Entrances to the park are located at 8267 Goodman Road, about a quarter mile east of the intersection of the Goodman Bypass at Goodman Road. Second entrance is at the intersection of College Street at Highway 305 next to the Butcher Shoppe Market.
Pavilion and Amphitheater Reservations
The pavilion and amphitheater may be reserved for a non-refundable fee of $60.00 per day for Olive Branch residents, $120.00 per day for non-residents, and $200.00 per day for corporate events. Reservations may be made through the park office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call 662-893-5219 for more information.
The fee reserves the pavilion for the entire day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The large pavilion is equipped with electricity and six permanently affixed picnic tables, the small pavilion is equipped with electricity and four permanently affixed picnic tables. Charcoal grills are available as well. A contract must be completed and on file with the park office prior to each use.
The fee reserves the amphitheater for the entire day, from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The amphitheater stage is equipped with electricity. The stadium style seating can seat 125 people. A contract must be completed and on file with the park office.
The Olive Branch City Park is equipped with several walking trails and a quarter-mile oval track. The full walking trail provides a scenic tour of the entire park and is two miles in length. There are several exercise stations placed along this trail, so anyone can maximize their workouts. The park is also equipped with a half-mile nature trail, which offers a different terrain and nature at its best.

Magnolia Community Park
Magnolia Community Park is located at 10111 Oak Leaf in the Magnolia Estates Subdivision at the intersection of Oak Leaf and Alexander. This park offers a ½ mile paved multi-purpose trail, playground, picnic tables, and a large open area for various activities. It has the distinction of being the first recognized urban forest in the state of Mississippi.
It was constructed in 1999 with grant assistance from many area businesses and state agencies. These included PepsiAmericas, Weyerhauser, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, Mississippi Forestry Commission, Partnership for a Healthy Mississippi, and Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks.
Southridge Community Park
Southridge Community Park is located at 9730 Eva Drive. The park is 19 acres in size and borders Lick Creek. Amenities include a playground with rubberized safety surfacing, 1/2 mile walking trail, picnic tables, benches, baseball practice area with backstop, and 2-acre lake.
George M. Harrison Municipal Soccer Complex
George M. Harrison Municipal Park is located at 8700 Church Rd at the intersection of Hwy 305. Amenities include 5 lighted international size soccer fields, automated lighting control system, automated irrigation, small pavillion and lake.
