The City Attorney represents the Mayor and Board of Aldermen at the City’s regular public meetings and provides day-to-day legal advice and services for the benefit of the City. The City Attorney’s office desires to promote the public’s confidence and trust in local government by providing clear guidance to elected officials and City employees concerning the local, state, and federal laws applicable to the municipality.

Bryan Dye
Bryan Dye has served as in-house City Attorney for Olive Branch, Mississippi since 2005. During that period Olive Branch has been named one of America’s fastest growing cities and one of the country’s most livable cities. Bryan began his career with Watkins, Ludlam, Winter, & Stennis and he is a 2002 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law.
