AEROBICS ( 9:00 am - 10:00 am )

Whether you are wobbly from a stroke or surgery, need exercise to control your weight, or wanting to become more mobile, our aerobics classes are exactly what the doctor ordered!

With 3 instructors, a room full of encouragement, and the ability to go at your own pace, walking or from a chair, start this week! We offer a 1-hour class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.




YOGA ( 11:30 am - 12:30 - pm )

The Senior Center is happy to announce we offer with Dianne Culley. Dianne's first class here was so full that we had to add a second class time that day.

You must supply your own mat and remember that classes are on time, no one admitted after the class begins. 10:30-11:30 and 11:30-12:30 on Mondays and Thursdays.




Chair Yoga ( 2:15 pm - 3:15 pm )

For seniors that are unable to participate in a traditional yoga class, Dianne has now added a chair yoga class on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays from 2:15 -3:00. You must furnish your own mat. Call the Senior Center if you have any questions (662)890-7182.

Mahjongg ( 12:30 - pm - 3:30 pm )

mah-jongg

[mah-jawng, -jong, -zhawng, -zhong]
noun 1.
a game of Chinese origin usually played by four persons with 144 dominolike pieces or tiles marked in suits, counters, and dice, the object being to build a winning combination of pieces. 
Every Tuesday at 12:30, we will have 1 or 2 tables. Periodically there will be classes to learn play. If you are interested, please feel free to join us.

The Senior Center is happy to announce we offer with Dianne Culley. Dianne's first class here was so full that we had to add a second class time that day.

NEW CLASS: Tuesdays 1:00-2:00  Addition to Mondays and Thursdays classes!!

The fun starts at 1:00 on Wednesdays. If you enjoy cards, this is a large group and everyone is invited.

Golden Branches ( 11:00 am - 12:30 - pm )

The Golden Branches is the name of the "first/original" organized seniors group in Olive Branch. They began holding meetings in a church, then moved to the "Park Office" and now the Senior Center. They meet every Thursday at 11:00. The first Thursday is their business meeting, the next week they celebrate birthdays and anniversaries and play bingo for small prizes. The third Thursday they try to have a speaker or some organized event and the 4th Thursday they have pot luck lunch. The group does have membership dues, but anyone can join.
