AEROBICS ( 9:30 am - 10:30 am )

Whether you are wobbly from a stroke or surgery, need exercise to control your weight, or wanting to become more mobile, our aerobics classes are exactly what the doctor ordered!

With 3 instructors, a room full of encouragement, and the ability to go at your own pace, walking or from a chair, start this week! We offer a 1-hour class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.




Wii Bowling ( 10:00 am - 12:00 - noon )

Enjoy a great group of people that meet in our library for Wii Bowling! Every Friday at 10:00, these folks have more fun than any group here. Come join 'em!




Dominoes ( 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm )

Join us every Friday afternoon for Dominoes. This group is open to any seniors wanting to join in; there may be 4 or 5 people up to 12. I've been told whoever loses brings a snack the next week, consider yourself warned! Great group, make new friends.

Finally! We are able to offer Yoga classes at our center.

The Senior Center is happy to announce we offer 4 Yoga classes a week with Dianne Culley. Dianne's first class here was so full that we had to add a second class time that day.

You must supply your own mat and remember that classes are on time, no one admitted after the class begins. 10:30-11:30 and 11:30-12:30 on Mondays and Thursdays.

Join Sharon for an hour of great fun and exercise! The cost of the class is $3 per person, and you pay the instructor.

Line Dancing ( 9:00 am - 12:00 - noon )

Please join us on Tuesdays at 9:00 for Line Dancing with Jean Cain. She teaches a beginners class that starts promptly at 9:00, followed by an intermediate class and an advanced class. The cost is $3 per person regardless of 1 or all 3 classes, you pay the instructor.  New beginner classes start in January. Jean teaches twice a week, here at the center on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Tennis Center in Southaven. You are encouraged to attend at both locations.




Wii Bowling ( 10:00 am - 12:00 - noon )

If you like to bowl, please join our group Wii Bowling in our library every Tuesday at 10:00. The group that plays has a great time and I know you will too!

Every Tuesday at 12, we will have 1 or 2 tables. Periodically there will be classes to learn play.  If you are interested, please feel free to join us.
