Memorial Day Service 2013
Come join us at Blocker Cemetery, Olive Branch, May 27 at 9am.
This year’s keynote speaker is Major General Catherine Lutz. General Lutz is the Assistant Adjutant General for Air Mississippi, Air National Guard, Jackson, Ms.
We are honoring all National Guard and Reserve units of America for their role in supporting and directly fighting with our regular military forces. Any of you in the Guard or Reserves, please come in uniform.Two poems will be recited; the roll call of names for all veterans interred at Blocker and Payne cemeteries will be called out. The JROTC of Horn Lake High School will again supply the colors along with the Memphis Marine Corp league as the rifle honor guard. Taps will be played.Please come if you can and honor our “VETERANS”
